حسم جناح الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي باريس سان جيرمان، نيمار دا سيلفا، موقفه من الاستمرار مع العملاق الفرنسي خلال السنوات المقبلة مع كثرة الشائعات حول مستقبله.

وينتهي عقد نيمار مع باريس سان جيرمان في يونيو عام 2022، ولكن النادي يرغب في تمديد تعاقد البرازيلي لبضعة سنوات أخرى نظرًا لأهميته داخل “حديقة الأمراء”.

وتحدث نيمار عن موقفه من الاستمرار في تصريحات لشبكة “TF1” الفرنسية، وقال: “في الوقت الحالي، أشعر بسعادة كبيرة لتواجدي في باريس سان جيرمان”.

وتابع: “لقد تغير الحال كثيرًا، وتأقلمت على الأجواء وأشعر أنني بحالة جيدة، أكثر هدوءً، وأرغب في البقاء”.

وعن بقاء مبابي: “أرغب أيضًا في استمراره، بالطبع هذه رغبة كل جماهير النادي، نريد أن يكون لباريس سان جيرمان فريقًا قويًا ونحافظ على كل ما نحققه للفريق”.

After the highs of winning the Champions League in early June, Liverpool fans have had little to get excited about in the whirlwind world of the transfer window.

The Reds have confirmed just one new signing in Sepp van den Berg whilst Fulham’s teenage prospect Harvey Elliott could potentially be following him to Anfield too.

However, things in general have been fairly quiet on the red half of Merseyside, and following the Reds’ pre-season clash against Tranmere, it appears Liverpool will not be pulling up trees anytime soon.

Jurgen Klopp suggested that injury returns for the likes of Rhian Brewster and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are “new players” for the club and appeared to downplay the chances of any major signings this summer.

After hearing Klopp’s comments, Liverpool fans took to Twitter to voice their opinion on the matter and many were rather frustrated by the German’s revelations.

Reds fans labelled the news as “concerning” and questioned where their reported revenue was going if it wasn’t being spent on new signings.

Indeed, some suggested that the club were taking a “huge risk” with their summer transfer strategy and expressed their concern at rival clubs potentially catching up to them next season.

اللاعب المغربي الهولندي، أعلن عبر التلفزيون الهولندي، اعتزاله كرة القدم، بعد فسخ عقده مع بي إس في أيندهوفن، في مايو الماضي، ولم يوقع عقدًا مع أي فريق منذ ذلك الحين.

وتمت إعارة اللاعب من برشلونة إلى شالكة، لكنه لم يتمكن من استعادة مستواه بعد، رغم الفوز مع البلوجرانا بـ دوري أبطال أوروبا وكأس العالم للأندية مرة، والسوبر الأوروبي والدوري والكأس والسوبر الإسباني مرتين.

لعب أيضًا أفيلاي لعدد من الأندية الأخرى، مثل أولمبياكوس اليوناني وستوك سيتي قبل أن يختتم مسيرته مع أيندهوفن، وحقق 4 طولات دوري وكأس وسوبر مع الفريق الهولندي.

وخاض أفيلاي 53 مباراة دولية مع منتخب هولندا، لكن الإصابات منعته من المشاركة في البطولات الكبرى.

Leeds United fans on Twitter were blown away by Helder Costa’s debut goal against Guiseley on Thursday evening.

The Championship outfit were 1-0 down to the non-league side before the Portuguese trickster produced a moment of magic to level the scores.

The 25-year-old picked up the ball out wide with his back to goal, before turning and dribbling into the box and sliding the ball home from an acute angle.

Fans were amazed as Costa produced a fantastic strike in his very first outing in a white shirt.

The winger joined Leeds on a season-long loan last month which will be made permanent next summer for a reported fee of £15m, and if he continues producing moments like this he will be worth every penny.

The Wolves loanee certainly has the quality to be a key player for the Yorkshire outfit this season, and this goal could be a sign of things to come.

وتحدث كافو عن ذكرياته مع البطولة في تصريحات نقلها الموقع الرسمي للاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “فيفا”، وقال: “اعتقد أن إحدى أهم بطولات الأندية التي خضتها في حياتي كلاعب مع إي سي ميلان هي دوري أبطال أوروبا 2007”.

وتابع: “انتزعنا اللقب وهو ما يعني أننا سنشارك في كأس العالم للأندية، وكلاعب أشعر بفخر كبير لفوزي بالمونديال، يا له من نجاح كبير في مسيرتي الكروية، خاصة وأن هناك العديد من اللاعبين الذي يرغبون في حصد هذه البطولة”.

وأضاف: “كان فريق ميلان يضم لاعبين رائعين مثل كاكا، كلارنس سيدورف وأندريا بيرلو، والمشاركة بمثل هذه البطولة تأتي تتويجًا لجهود جميع اللاعبين على ما فعلوه طوال العام للمنافسة على اللقب مع أفضل الفرق في العالم بجميع القارات”.

Rangers fans have been reacting to the departure of Kyle Lafferty on Twitter and it does not appear many of the Ibrox faithful will be missing him this time around.

The club confirmed on their official website that they had come to a mutual agreement with the Northern Ireland international about terminating his contract and also announced his departure on the social media site.

Having struck 38 goals in his 138 appearances for Rangers between 2008 and 2012 and guiding them to three league titles, a Scottish Cup and two League Cups (club’s official website), many of them would have been hoping for a similar return.

However, it was not to be for their former forward.

Steven Gerrard admitted he was disappointed with how things turned out for Lafferty in his second spell at the club, as he managed to record just seven goals and two assists in his 37 matches across all competitions for the Light Blues (Transfermarkt).

The manager had previously admitted that he would be a ‘no risk’ addition and one that would know what it meant to be a Rangers player. However, that build up was hardly justified with his performances on the Ibrox turf.

Gerrard was not the only person to be upset with how things turned out in regards to Lafferty’s second spell, as many of the club’s fans below were not too happy with what the 31-year-old had provided them with over the last 12 months.

انتهى الشوط الأول من المباراة بتعادل الفريقين بهدفٍ لمثله، الأول سجّله سانتي مينا في الدقيقة 13 للضيوف بـ أسيست من هوجو مالو.

وفي الدقيقة 45، تمكن الدولي الأوروجوياني لويس سواريز من إدراك هدف التعادل لأصحاب الأرض، بأسيست من ماركوس لورينتي.

وفي الشوط الثاني من المباراة، عاد سواريز ليُهز شباك روبن بلانكو بالهدف الثاني من جديد في الدقيقة 50.

وعندما ظن الجميع أنّ المباراة في طريقها للانتهاء بانتصار أتلتيكو مدريد، كان لـ فاكوندو فيرايرا رأيًا آخر، حيث سجّل هدف التعادل في الوقت القاتل لـ سيلتا فيجو بالدقيقة 89.

Newcastle United are looking to sign Manchester United youngster Axel Tuanzebe. However, the Geordies must wait for Harry Maguire’s potential move from Leicester City to go through before anything can happen, according to The Daily Mail.

New manager Steve Bruce is said to want defensive reinforcements ahead of the new season as he looks to play three at the back.

Manchester United are hesitant in letting Tuanzebe leave without a replacement signed first, with Bruce keen to be reunited with the player he managed at Aston Villa last season.

Links with a move away from Manchester United come as no surprise especially due to the fact Tuanzebe’s career at the club currently stalling thus far. The England youth international has made just eight first-team appearances for the Old Trafford giants and has been loaned out on two separate occasions to Aston Villa over the last 18 months.

Tuanzebe has enjoyed a good spell away from the north-west as he formed part of the Aston Villa side that won promotion back to the Premier League last season. The 21-year-old made 25 appearances, including starts in all three games in the play-offs.

The youngster has built up the experience the Red Devils would have wanted him to gain. However, if they feel he is surplus to requirements after a move for Maguire, then the youngster should not hesitate in leaving.

Manchester United’s insistence on keeping Chris Smalling and Phil Jones is baffling. Someone like Tuanzebe deserves the chance, especially after a season where the club conceded a record amount of goals in the Premier League (54).

“He came here as a right-back. But I always felt he had the capabilities to be a really good centre-half. He is proving that. He has really grown here. He is showing an awful lot of composure. His awareness has also got better, perhaps with experience of playing,” were the words of Dean Smith back in January when speaking about how good of a defender Tuanzebe has become (via Daily Mirror).

Factor in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s desire to seemingly focus on utilising younger players following the signings of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James, Tuanzebe could really be a decent option here.

The 21-year-old deserves his chance next season, but if he is not given the opportunity he should move on in search of a club where he will start.

Crystal Palace are open to offloading their English striker Connor Wickham, according to reports.

The Sun reported yesterday (August 4; page 67) that a host of Championship clubs are after the 26-year-old and that Crystal Palace will listen to any offers.

According to the same report, Palace would rather sell the centre-forward, however, they would consider allowing him to leave on loan before the window slams shut on Thursday.

The Sun has three teams down for chasing his signature, all from England’s second-tier – Bristol City, Stoke City and Reading – who are all wanting striking reinforcements.

Wickham cost Palace £7m from Sunderland in 2015, however, a selection of injury problems has limited him to just 42 games in a Palace shirt, where he has had a decent return of 10 goals and four assists (Transfermarkt).

Any exit should depend on Palace’s ability to draft in replacements.

He has only played 35 league games for Palace since joining four years ago, with 21 of those coming in his first season at the club. Since the turn of the 2016/17, he has only played 14 times in the league for the club and therefore – in an ideal world – Palace should not keep him around on the wage bill, especially if there is truth in Spotrac’s estimates, which say he earns £60,000 per week.

Palace, however, would be foolish to let Wickham go as it stands unless they bring in at least one more striker to their frontline.

With the loan sale of Alexander Sorloth – who joined Trabzonspor on a two-year loan deal – only Christian Benteke, Jordan Ayew and Connor Wickham are conventional strikers. Considering that the striker who scored the most goals for Palace last term in Michy Batshuayi (five goals) will not be returning to the club as it stands, Palace need more goals in their ranks.

If Palace can’t get in more strikers, then Wickham shouldn’t be allowed to leave. In an ideal world, the former Ipswich man would no longer be needed but, as it stands, there just aren’t the bodies to start letting strikers go considering the relative dearth of potent options in those particular ranks.

أكد ترينت ألكسندر أرنولد لاعب ليفربول الإنجليزي، أن مواجهة لايبزيج في دوري أبطال أوروبا، ستكون فرصة الرد بعد الهزيمة من ليستر سيتي.

وخسر ليفربول بثلاثية مقابل هدف أمس السبت، في افتتاح الجولة 24 من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز “طالع التفاصيل”.

وقال أرنولد في تصريحات للموقع الرسمي لناديه: “في مثل هذه المواقف تريد أن تتاح لك الفرصة لتصحيح الأمور في أسرع وقت ممكن”.

وأضاف: “سنلعب في منافسة مختلفة، سندخل المباراة بعقلية مختلفة، وستكون مهمة مختلفة بالنسبة لنا”.

وأكمل: “ليالي دوري أبطال أوروبا، دائمًا ما تكون مختلفة، من الجيد دائمًا أن تلعب في هذه الأجواء، وأعتقد أنها ستكون فرصة للرد والاستفاقة”.

وأشار: “أنت تنتظر طويلاً حتى تلعب مباريات خروج المغلوب في دوري أبطال أوروبا، وتملأك بالإثارة، لذا ستكون جيدة”.

واختتم: “نحتاج إلى التعافي والعودة مرة أخرى لأن لدينا مباراة كبيرة تأتي يوم الثلاثاء، قبل الديربي الأسبوع المقبل”.
